第一篇:仓管月底工作总结

在本月中,除了经历自然气候给于的炎热以外,仓库也发生了很大的人事变动。这都是我的工作没做好而造成的。针对上月所出现的问题,我们大家也都提高了警惕性,不断地总结经验教训,不断地完善我们的日常工作习惯,尽量把失误降低为零。

现在,我把本月中已经在做的和今后将要做到的概括如下:

1)领料:车间领料按每日下达的日单领料,仓库应与erp中bom表中的物料仔细核对后才能领出。领料单每月装订妥善保存以便查询。车间需补料时,要有生产部长签名方可领出。

2) 到货入库:现在,在仓库中所有到货材料均在到料的二小时内清点完毕,然后我登入到货登记,并记上相应的计划单号,以便品质部看到。除辅料外,所有材料均需品质部判定合格后入库,我会在入库单上标明相应的计划单号以便查询,入库单联存根在今后我会按所注明的计划单号排列装订,在月底时做好目录汇总表。

3)外加工:本月的生产主要是围绕着外加工而开展工作的。通过与诚赢的对账,让我知道了以前在工作上的失误的给今天带来了严重的后果。因此,在现在的外加工中,所有的来料单、退料单,补料单均仔细核对、双方互签、统一保管。到今天为止,外加工领料已达20次,基本上都是蒋晓岚出去领料非常辛苦,时常要到很晚才回来,有一次甚至到了一点多钟。这无疑给我们仓库增加了压力。再加上人手不够,新到的人员对产品不熟透,电脑根本就不会。但不管有多辛苦,压力有多重,做好工作是最重要的。在外加工仓库人员出外领料时,应仔细核对数量、型号,以避免错发、少发,以免使生产无法正常进行。所有外加工到货材料我均在清点一遍后做入电脑账,未到材料及生产需补数的材料我会及时登入。

4)库存:32w螺旋管有5778只是短灯丝,生产上一直没有用,时间一长也无形中增加了损耗。

另外,由于本月台风较多,有几次雨也下得很大,在仓库里有两处渗水,有几处漏得比较大。在天气晴好时,需要维修一下。在六月份的内部审核中,我们出现了五项问题,针对这一情况,在下个月中我们会努力纠正,把工作做好。

第二篇:财务月底工作总结

转至财务部工作至今已有一月了,在各级领导和同事的帮助指导下,通过自身的努力,从不会到会,从不熟悉到熟悉,逐渐摸清了工作中的基本情况,找到了切入点,把握住了工作重点和难点,在业务素质、工作能力上都得到很大提高,圆满地完成了领导赋予的各项工作任务,现将本人最近的工作情况汇报如下:

一、业务知识方面

1、学习掌握了用友财务软件。

看似简单的软件系统,似乎不那么简单,通过学习、请教逐步掌握了总账系统、往来管理、采购管理、销售管理、库存管理、核算管理等模块的基础操作流程。用友软件把查询凭证、供应商对账、成本核算、费用管理、财务报表出具等都从传统的操作手法变为信息化操作,大大提高了财务人员的工作效率。 2、掌握了基础账务知识。

(1)协助成本会计进行成本核算工作,汇总统计每日材料出入库、材料采购单据,计算出管理部门和营业部门的费用及实际成本,把经营过程的实际消耗如实地反映出来,达到积聚成本的目的,并用积累的成本资料反映酒店的实际经营耗费情况,进而判断酒店经营效果的好坏。

(2)协助费用会计进行酒店费用的核算及摊销。做好供应商月末对账工作,统计核算酒店各部门的费用并进行摊销,编制财务报表并对经营数据进行分析,为酒店月度经营分析会提供准确数据。

(3)协助应收会计确认内部交易核对工作,汇总每日消费账单,做好每笔消费数据的对账,对散客客户、挂账客户进行分类建立日消费明细,以减少差错,便于月末对账及账款回收。

二、主要经验和收获

1、只有熟悉基础财务知识,才能尽快进入实际工作角色并适应新的工作岗位。

2、财务工作最主要的是坚持原则,这样才能理财管账,才能履行好财务职责。

3、财务工作也属于后勤保障部门,只有树立服务意识,才能配合好各部门把份内的工作做好。

三、存在的不足

1、初入财务时由于业务知识不熟练,导致用友软件操作错误。

四、强化学习,提升个人专业知识

作为一名合格的财务工作者,不仅要具备相关的知识和技能,而且还要有严谨细致耐心的工作作风,无论在啥岗位,哪怕是毫不起眼的工作,都应该用心做到最好,哪怕是一份枯燥的工作,也要善于从中寻找乐趣,做到日新月异,从改变中找到创新。

“在工作中学习,在学习中工作”,只能通过不断学习、更新知识、转变观念、完善自我,跟上时代发展的步伐,用新的知识、新的思维和新的启示,巩固和丰富综合知识,才能使自身综合能力不断得到提高。

了解新税法,收集相关税收优惠政策,使财务工作发挥积极的作用。

五、确立工作目标,强化协作

做好财务工作计划,以预算为依据,做好成本、费用的核算,充分发挥预算的目标作用,不断执行事前计划、事中控制、事后总结反馈的财务管理体系。 以上是我对自己工作的总结汇总,敬请各级领导给予批评指正。在今后的工作当中,我将一如既往的努力工作,不断总结工作经验,努力学习,不断提高自己的专业知识和业务能力,以新形象,新面貌,为公司的辉煌发展而努力奋斗。

7月份工作总结

“天时不如地利,地利不如人和”,7月份我们占据了天时和人和,记录性的时刻也因此诞生,网络业绩突破300万,内心激动之情,无以言表,在此谢谢大家7月份为公司所作出的贡献。 自三月做组长以来,颇有种临危受命之感,这几个月经验积累了很多,本来应该信心倍增,但不知道为啥,现在内心深处竟感觉到需要学习的东西越来越多了。爱因斯坦讲过:当掌握的知识越多,对未知世界的接触范围就会越广,所以不懂的东西就会越多。的确他非常有才,“观山则情满于山,看海则情溢于海”,未知的东西需要学习,未知的困难需要克服。

长话短说,言归正传,总体来说这个月的问题不太多,大家都忙于自己的患者,工作气氛也比较活跃,信心满满,做起来很有冲劲。不管新老员工都需要对自己的工作负责,对自己的事业负责,想成功就必须要付出心血,想拿高薪,就必须努力,多动脑筋,不断的思考,不停地学习,找准窍门,只有这样才会更好!

人无远虑必有近忧,一时暴涨不要意忘形,我们需要努力的还比较多,需要提高的也比较多,压力依然存在,我们不做一时的成功,要走长远可持续发展的线路,生于忧患而死于安乐,道理很明显。

7月份结束了,8月份的目标很明确,谦卑进取,再创新高,超越7月份。我想在暑假以及广告力度加大等条件下,超越7月份应该不成问题,路就在面前,一步一步向前走,大家努力。

或许8月是个招人爱的月份,不然一个月时间怎样会这样就快结束了。回顾自己在这月以来的工作,我感到很充实,并对未来工作充满热情。

一、八月所做工作

从八月开始,我主要做的事情是:

1.了解后台,指定到每个重要的栏目。

2.大致了解我们的产品基础知识。

3.上传产品。

4.了解产品目标市场,大致分布,分析市场。

5.大致了解竞争者情况。

6.寻找客户,广投写开发信。

7.请教其他需知事情,查漏补缺。

二、个人感悟

对于我来说对于任何不熟悉的事情总有一个学习的阶段,我不觉得每一步都要走的天衣无缝。所以,我自己觉得我们只要先掌握大方向走就可以,至于是不是每步都要步步为营,只能说:你觉得了?当然,可能你觉得我将它们太过理想化,实践就可能跟不上计划。也当然,有这样一种现实态度:理想很丰满,现实很骨干。你了解这种现状了,结果可能就没那么冲突了。

三、注意内容

1.严以律己,做好分内事情。

2.强化学习,不断提高业务素质。

3.,置自己与大圈子里与同事多交流,取人之长,补己之短。

3.注重细节工作,强化语言功底及交流技巧。

4. 积极工作,完成各项任务。做好记录,积累经验。

5.了解市场动向,该出手时就出手。

四、未来展望

我对这份工作是热爱的,我对未来安排如下:

1. 夯实基础,每周一上午查看关键词,及时更新。

2. 查看后台与竞争者情况,及时补短,提高专业度。

3. 提高自身素质,让自己更professional

4. 积极找客户,让客户了解我们产品

5. 将目标市场(东欧)再缩小,深入了解该地区风俗习惯及购买习惯。

9. 关注香港投标情况

五、总结

在未来的时间里,我一定再接再厉,努力将计划落实。我认为工作有时被异物遮挡,我们需要亲自操刀,剖开现象,看本质是不是颗毒瘤,会不会波及到主体及是否有副作用。困难在所难免,我会考虑在不夸大自我的前提下,提升信心,查漏补缺,将基础打好,让我以后的工作更出色。
