people are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization, meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering much more stress than before.with the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by today's world, it isn't unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from the daily problems and stress. i think that there is no magic way that is appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of escaping stress. each man has his specific activities that help him regain the joy of life. for me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and with my family.
first and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous stress. there is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest, modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status. what's more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. therefore, not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release the mental stress.
what is more, i think that family is the most important thing in a man's life. they are always there when you need them. family provides support when you need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.the most important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes your life easier and a lot more beautiful. friends also have an important role, because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your acheivements.
another way to escape stress is to play sports. for example i like a lot to play football with my friends. it helps me forget about everything, relax, and also enjoy the game. when i play football i feel like a child willing to windows and because of the fact that i forget concerns and stress on the field. the football game helps me maintain my physical condition and after a good football game i feel much better both mentally and phisically.
in addition,when you feel really tired after a long period of working, i think that you really need a short vacation. there is no better way to escape stress than to take a vacation, forget anything about work and try to enjoy a few free days. when they're on vacation, people can really relax ,rediscover the pleasure of life and enjoy it.
last but no least, attending a live performance such as a rock&rolling concert is also a useful way to escape stress that i usually applied.enveloping myself in the exciting ambience of the live show, screaming and dancing with crowds of audiences together, needless to say, made me temporarily forget every trouble i was involved in. moreover, i was inclined to be infected by the optimistic and enthusiastic atmosphere of the live show, which made me feel confident to face any difficulty.
in conclusion, i don't think that there is an universal way by which people can escape stress and the difficulties of modern life.but for me there are several activities that help me forget concerns and to relax, such as going on a short vacation to the countryside, playing a game, attending a live performance ,sleeping and spending time with my friends and with my family. based on my individual experiences,i think that we cannot emphasize the importance of playinging sports too much.playing sports is not only closely related to health,but also teaches add 'something about life,how to work as a team,and how to windows and lose gracefully.
many popular sports involve a group of people,ranging from two people to twenty people working together as a team.in these situation it is always of utmost importance to be a team player.of course in the business world being a “team player” has become a popular slogan in most offices. being a team player means that one should work well with others in the face of difficulties.team sports are full of challenges and difficulties that a team must overcome together.on the other hand, most sports teach a person the value of windowsning and losing gracefully.in sports it would be greatly vulgar to throw a tantrum if one were to lose a game.likewise if one windowss a game and gloats excessively in the face of adversary ,it is equally looked down upon.the same goes in real life.one must learn how to face the defeat and victory in real life.as far as i am concerned,i regard that sports have much to teach us about life.to sum up they teach us how to go along with others.they also teach us how to have fun and escape stress,which is an important life lesson.
