 点津:1)love, like, hate, prefer之后,用不定式表示某一具体动作或情况,用动词v-ing表示一般性动作。  2) need, demand, want, require在表示需要时,用动词v-ing 形式的主动表被动,或用不定式的被动形式.  翻译:这块手表需要修理。   the watch needs repairing/to be repaired. 5. 动名词形式作主语的两种位置:  1.一种是v-ing形式短语位于句首  2是用it作形式主语,而将形式短语移到谓语之后,以避免句子结构头重脚轻..翻译并背诵句型:  it is no good/use (fun, a pleasure, a waste of time) doing…  there is no use /good doing…summary :in this period, we learnt something about –ing and to do. you must master the usage of these two forms and make sure the difference between them.grammar 课堂检测温馨小提示:1.                   动名词作主语时,其逻辑主语通常是形容词性物主代词或名词所有格. 如:his returning to work is a great help to us.2.                   动名词作主语,谓语动词用单数.collecting stamps ____is__(be) a good habit.3.                   动名词作主语和不定式作主语的区别:   动名词作主语表示一般的,非一次的,抽象的,泛指的动作; 不定式作主语表示具体的,某一次的,特定的动作.   _swimming (swim) is one of my favorite sports.
